Return & Exchange Policy

Warranty & Return Policy:

1. Eligibility:
– Customers who purchase online or at MDUfashion stores

2. Exchange Rules:
– Full-priced items can be exchanged for different sizes/colors or other products (subject to availability), with unlimited exchanges until satisfaction (customer pays return shipping)
– Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value than the returned item. Mydu does not refund the difference if the new product has a lower value than the original purchase.
– Exchanges do not apply to: promotional items and complimentary accessories

3. Product Exchange Conditions:
– Exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of product receipt
– Products must be in their original condition as received, with all tags and labels intact
– Products must be unwashed, undamaged, odor-free, and unused

4. Return Policy:
– Customers can return products in case of manufacturing defects and do not wish to exchange for another product.
– Manufacturing defects include: color fading/bleeding, peeling prints, and stitching defects.
– Refunds for defective products will be processed through bank transfer.
– Mydu will verify defects within 1-3 days after receiving the product and will inform customers about further processing times for specific cases.
– Refund processing takes 3-5 days after Mydu confirms the manufacturing defect.
