Return & Exchange Policy

By purchasing on the website mdufashion.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return and Exchange Policy:

1. Exchange

1.1 Cases Eligible for Exchange:

• Products remain intact, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags;
• No strange odors such as body odor, perfume, lipstick, etc.;
• Unused products with manufacturing defects;
• Products discounted ≤30% can be exchanged for a different size or another product of equal or higher value.
• Products discounted over 30% can only be exchanged for a different size if that size is available. Please contact Customer Service to check stock before sending for exchange.
• Exceptional cases must be approved by us in advance.

1.2 Cases Not Eligible for Exchange:

• No exchange for products customized according to customer requests;
• Exceeding the exchange period (see section 1.3);
• User-caused damages are not eligible, e.g., shirts torn or damaged during use, threads pulled, or other physical damage especially due to machine washing.

1.3 Exchange Timeframe:

• Maximum exchange period is 5 days for customers in Hanoi and 10 days for provincial customers from the day the product is received for online purchases (based on the shipping information from the carrier).
• We will send exchanged products immediately upon receiving the returned items. For exchanges requiring additional purchase, LOZA will use express delivery. For equal-value exchanges or COD fees below 200,000 VND, standard shipping will be used (standard shipping takes 4–12 days, express shipping 2–4 days).

1.3 Number of Exchanges:

• Size exchange: maximum 1 time
• Exchange for a different model: maximum 1 time
• Order mistakes: 1 time (commitment to correct product ordered)
• Defective product: 1 time (commitment that exchanged product is defect-free)

1.4 Notes on Exchanged Products

– We do not accept consignment or sales on behalf of purchased items.

• We do not refund if the exchanged product is lower in value than the original order.

+ The company only supports exchanges of equal or higher value; leftover balance will not be stored.

+ After receiving the notification of returned product receipt, please select the replacement product. If you have not selected a suitable product, we will hold the order value for up to 2 days for you to choose another product. After 2 days without selection, the exchange order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Note: We retain the order value but not the original returned product. For example, if a customer returns shirt LS1100 but has not chosen another model, we will not hold this product and it will be put back for sale. The company does not guarantee to exchange back the exact original product if it is no longer in stock.

1.5 Exchange Fees

• For exchanged products discounted ≤30%, we support one-way shipping fee.
• For exchanged products discounted >30%, customers are required to pay round-trip shipping fees.
• Mistaken order/defective product exchange: we cover round-trip shipping fees.

Note: Customers exchanging products directly at the showroom will be assisted in the afternoon daily.

We refuse exchanges for any cases not meeting the above conditions.

We handle exchanges with a friendly, enthusiastic, and sincere approach to build trust with our customers!

2. Returns

We refuse returns for all cases under the exchange conditions, except for products defective on our part. We sincerely apologize and take responsibility for any negligence leading to defective products reaching customers. Customers will be refunded the full order value upon purchase.

Eligible return cases:

• Defective/damaged products due to our negligence or damage during express delivery.
• Products incorrectly processed by sales staff.

To receive a refund, please pack the returned items and send them to the specified address, providing the bank account number, recipient name, and branch to the sales staff. We will refund 100% within 1 day (excluding holidays).

Note: Products received by customers are guaranteed to match the description. Products eligible for exchange will follow the Exchange Policy. We do not process refunds for customers returning items simply because they “do not like” them.
